Paint Chip Ordinary Object Re-Creation!

It’s time for another round of ordinary object re-creations and today I would like to feature paint chips! Since picking out colours for our house we have tons and tons of these bad boys lying around and I can’t wait to turn them into some awesome projects! Here are a few of my favourites that I found across the web!

Rebekah from A Bit of Sunshine made an awesome ombre letter banner from her paint chips! I’m considering making one or two of these for Anna’s second birthday!

Or how about some super cute little boxes by Jessica at How About Orange? These would be perfect for holding small favours at an art party perhaps! You can find the full tutorial here.

If you have a ton of paint chips and really want to make a statement why not try mod podging them all onto a wall? You can read more about this project here!

Or you can take it down a few notches and go with another simple but lovely banner! I’ve even seen these cut out as eggs for Easter!

And while you have your punchers out why not try making a darling chandelier as shown on Hey Gorgeous!

I also found a tutorial for a super cool paint chip calendar by Cheltenham Road! How perfect and simple is this??

The last project I’m featuring with paint chips is a tutorial for these awesome moving cards by Hand Make My Day! What a cute way to let everyone know of your new address or to invite them to a housewarming party!

Okay okay I lied, I just had to include this as it may be my most favourite of all! A colour matching scavenger hunt for kids by Valerie on Inner Child Fun! What a great way to get your kids to start noticing all the different shades of colours!

Do you know of any other cool paint chip projects? Have you actually made any of them? I’d love to see your projects if you have!
