I have a confession to make…I’m now obsessed with working out and eating healthy thanks to “Tone It Up!” What is that you ask? Well let me explain!
To put it simply Tone It Up was founded by two awesome, down-to-earth girls, Karena and Katrina, who are dedicated to staying fit and eating healthy. They have a website and an online community where everyone can support each other in the goal to becoming fit! You can check out their website at www.toneitup.com and their online community here.
On their online community you can even keep a miniature blog where you can track your workouts and keep a food journal; you can even share your blog with everyone on the community to hold yourself accountable and help yourself stay on track! I absolutely love it!
I would like to note that while Karena and Katrina have released a dvd, and also have a nutrition plan you can purchase, they do have a lot of free workout videos and nutrition tips on their youtube channel here! As such you can’t use money as an excuse to not stay fit!
Now this brings me to present you all with a challenge! One of the ladies in the community blogged about how come next week there will only be 10 weeks left in 2012! So why not use these next 10 weeks to really stay on track and work out regularly so you can ring in 2013 as a new, healthier, you and have already gotten a jumpstart on that fitness resolution we always seem to strive for!
I know there are many tempting holidays coming up but would you rather temporarily be happy with that handful of candy or plate of cookies or have long lasting happiness with good health? And I’m not saying you can’t eat any treats this winter but ration yourself; slowly savour that one delicious dessert versus stuffing yourself with several!
It will still be tough, I know, but together we can do it! After all I want to stop dreaming of a better me and start living it!
So who’s ready to join me on the quest for a healthier, fitter you in 2013!?
P.S. Tone It Up! has no knowledge of me writing this post and has not funded me in any way. I just really love their vids and site and want to get in shape!
